About the Role
As a Senior Tech Consultant, you act as the technical bridge between clients and the development team. You analyze business processes and translate them into scalable solutions within the Odoo ERP system.
You will work on multiple projects simultaneously — from implementations and configurations to API integrations and custom solutions.
You combine strong technical expertise with clear and effective client communication.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze client needs and technical requirements
- Translate business processes into Odoo solutions
- Implement and configure Odoo modules
- Develop and manage API integrations
- Collaborate with developers on custom solutions
- Support clients with technical challenges
- Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Advise on optimizations and improvements
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Tech Consultant, ERP Consultant, or Developer
- Strong knowledge of Odoo ERP
- Experience with Python (Odoo framework)
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL
- Experience with APIs and system integrations
- Experience with Odoo implementations
- Experience in e-commerce or wholesale processes
- Strong communication skills (client-facing), English , Dutch (+)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Work Location & Collaboration
We primarily focus on candidates based in Europe, but we are also open to talent outside the EU.
For this role, it is essential that you can work within the CET time zone to collaborate effectively with clients and the team.
